At Dirty Pro Tools, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back into its original packaging, ensuring all tools, parts, and manuals are included to avoid any restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
